Donation for Senate

On 19 November 2025, Mrs Saket Elida, Head of the Regulatory Affairs Department at PPM, represented Dr Hay Ly Eang, president of the Kinal Foundation and of the PPM‑Confirel Group, to hand over a major donation of medicines to the Senate of Cambodia. On behalf of the foundation, she donated seven PPM pharmaceutical specialties – KINAFON®, CALTOUX®, RHINEX® DAY & NIGHT, ALLERPRIM®, FORPETINE® and RHINATOUX® – for a total of 12,514 boxes.

The donation was officially presented to His Excellency Uch Borith, First Vice‑President of the Senate, through his representative, Dr Duong Sochet, adviser, who is in charge of organizing distribution. These medicines will be destined for front‑line soldiers in the provinces of Ouddar Meanchey and Preah Vihear, as well as for the wounded and refugees in the area, representing around 5,000 people.

This initiative is part of the Kinal Foundation’s commitment, under the leadership of Dr Hay Ly Eang, to support the most vulnerable populations. It represents a major contribution to supporting the armed forces and the many displaced families who lack daily access to treatments.
